We are not affiliated with any restaurant, booking platform, or food guide. We are not paid by any establishment we recommend.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive content in your requests
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our recommendations without permission
- Enter health, medical, or clinical information in any field — the dietary restrictions field is intended for food preference information only (e.g. "vegetarian", "nut-free", "gluten-free"). Do not enter diagnoses, conditions, or other medical data.
5. Our recommendations
Our recommendations are personal opinions based on our knowledge and experience at the time of writing. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Restaurants change — menus, chefs, quality, pricing, hygiene standards, and opening hours can all vary without notice. We make no representation that any establishment we recommend will meet your expectations, maintain its standards, or remain open. You use our recommendations entirely at your own risk.
We do not make bookings on your behalf. Any reservation, travel arrangement, or other commitment you make based on our recommendations is your sole responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, wtewte, its operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the service or reliance on any recommendation, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with a restaurant, meal, or experience
- Food illness, allergic reaction, or adverse health outcome
- Financial loss, wasted expenditure, or travel costs
- Loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect or consequential loss
- Any act or omission of any third-party establishment
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Since the service is currently free, that limit is £0.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Guest users may request deletion by emailing [email protected].

Reasons may include, but are not limited to, breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or any other reason we deem appropriate.
On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
